    Order by Tuesday

    Orders placed by Tuesday 5pm ship the following Thursday for Friday delivery.

    Producer selection or curated mix

    You can pick a specific producer (from the currently-in-season list) or let us curate a rotating pair. The producer is credited on the delivery card and in your account.

  3. 03

    Packed by Wright Brothers Home

    Cold-chain packed at Wright Brothers' Brixham facility. Insulated box, ice packs, seaweed liner. Standard Wright Brothers Home branding on the outside.

  4. 04

    Overnight to your door

    DPD Overnight or equivalent. Tracking link the day of dispatch. UK mainland only in Y1; Highlands and Islands surcharge applies.

    Bed Notes arrive digitally

    On the morning of delivery, we email you a printable four-page guide covering the producers, tasting order, one recipe, and drinks pairings.

OYSTR does not run its own cold chain. We do not need to. Wright Brothers Home has been shipping fresh oysters direct to UK consumers for over a decade, and their pack-and-ship operation is the reason a Colchester Native picked on Monday arrives at your door on Friday still alive and briny. We source and curate; they pack and ship. Every order is a Wright Brothers Home box with an OYSTR-branded editorial delivered digitally.

Small print

What if my box arrives with dead or broken oysters?
Send a photograph within twenty-four hours to hello@oystr.farm. We refund or reship, no questions. Wright Brothers' incident rate on consumer D2C is well under one percent.
How long will they keep once they arrive?
Five to seven days in the fridge, provided you keep them flat side up in the original packaging with ice packs replaced or on damp newspaper. Eat sooner rather than later.
Can I order for a specific delivery date?
Yes. Choose your delivery date at checkout. We ship Thursdays for Friday delivery, or on request for other days at least seven days' notice.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or internationally?
Not in Y1. UK mainland only. Northern Ireland and Channel Islands in Y2 pending courier arrangement.
Where does the money go?
Wright Brothers Home takes their bulk-order rate for the oysters and shipping. OYSTR takes a small margin on top for the curation, editorial, and consumer support. £2 of every one-off order is contributed to the same producer-support pool as our subscription revenue.
